We want you to be happy with afterAI. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund as described below.
14-day refund
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. We will refund the amount you paid for that order back to your original payment method — no questions asked.
Subscriptions
For monthly plans you can cancel at any time, and you can request a refund of your most recent payment within the 14-day period above. Cancelling stops all future charges.
How to request a refund
Email us at afterai72@gmail.com with the email address you used to order. We aim to respond within a few business days. You can also request a refund directly through Paddle, our payment provider.
How refunds are processed
Payments are handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
